★★★★★Emerald Pointe is a great place, with an excellent staff! No better place for your loved one.
★★☆☆☆Care has declined. Maybe at one time was a nice place but care is not quality anymore. I've had a couple family members here over the past couple years and the care is disappointing, cleanliness, and overall care is not acceptable. Family must monitor loved ones closely. Just use caution.
★★★★☆I was a recent nearly 6 weeks rehabilitation resident of Emerald Pointe. I pretty much had to learn to walk again, after spinal surgery for my severe neuropathy. The therapists were very professional and the staff were friendly, helpful, professional people. They have a hard and often thankless job. They took good care of me and I appreciated that. I had other issues going on in my life and they show a ton of compassion to me. I would recommend Emerald Point to anyone needing their type of services.
