After my Uncle’s death, I sought out Melissa’s help to assist me in ensuring my Aunt could afford to remain at Creekside. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through various financial scenarios including cost savings associated with a smaller apartment in the facility. She was courteous, professional and very personable, and showed genuine care, compassion and concern for my Aunt. I would recommend Creekside and Melissa to anyone looking to help a loved one transition to assisted living.

Creekside does NOT participate in the Medicaid Waiver Program. This program assists low income Senior Citizens. This is terrible. It's a shame on the Jewish Community & the people who have made the decision to not have the Medicaid Waiver Program. I contacted Corey Goldsand, president/CEO of WHV, who said they have no plan to participate in the Medicaid Waiver Program. Maybe WHV needs to get a new CEO!

Assisted Living. Nice facility, good food and variety of activities. However, my mom lived here and had money stolen from her apartment twice. She was reimbursed by taking the money off of her rent once but the other time she was out nearly $500.<br>The nurse practitioner on staff misdiagnosed her with diabetes. My mom is on dialysis and she was put on a drug that was contraindicated in dialysis patients by the same nurse practitioner. She was treated well by a few of the aids but several were very rude. Several care conferences and issues were not resolved

Food is mediocre at best. Medical care and activities are terrific. Before you make a decision to come here, check out EVERYTHING. BEFORE you consider moving here. !!!! The foos is very poor quality and management is totally disorganized.
