The nursing staff is pretty decent for the most part but the toxicity ive seen with the people working in the office towards the floor staff is terrible. There is a highschool click system going on and its unsettling and affects the care they give.

I was very apprehensive when it was time to place my family member in skilled nursing after 110+ days hospitalization. Unable to walk, one leg immobile , cathed & on constant oxygen - I was worried about the prognosis and the care he would receive. The entire experience was wonderful. Every nursing and support staff member was responsive to his needs and that of an over-protective sister. The food was home- quality. The doctor made realistic but aggressive goals and the financial administrator offered personal care. The physical therapist and their program turned the world around. The camaraderie they show and share with patients while pushing for more was exemplary. Last week, less than 2 months later, my family member uses a walker or cane and foot brace. Although he may never be what he was prior to his initial hospitalization, these dedicated professionals gave him some independence, dignity and will to go on back. I am forever grateful.
