★☆☆☆☆Told/called me one day (said they were excited get me admitted) then the very next day (not even 24 HRS later) call me saying no beds available and Amanda Snow in admissions/administrative cannot remember as honestly she has to pay rent to live in my mind, no free tenants, my brain isn't a homeless s shelter, point is she calls today and says NO BEDS AVAILABLE, BYE, IN A VERY CONDESCENDING TONE. Even the hospital I spent a week in as a TRAUMA PATIENT referred me to them. This is ludicrous!
★★★★★The staff took good care of me and made me feel welcome, I'll be back for my next surgery

Then he was forced to go to a different location as he had to be in a locked ward as his dementia progressed. During the time he was there I also admitted my mother from a Cleveland facility out to claymont in Uhrichsville because I live in uhrichsville. She did well there she liked all the staff. They were wonderful with her she was well taken care of. Recently I moved an hour and 45 minutes away so I had to move my mother out to New London where my new home was. She is now staying at a facility in New London ohio. Upon leaving claymont she said she wished she could take some of the staff with her because she liked them so much she wanted them to come along with her. I don't think there could have been a nicer compliment for the facility. I became friends with the social worker the business manager the head nurse the AIDS as I was there for my husband and my mother and then a friend of mine was also there so it w
