My experience at the Charter Senior Living of Oak Openings was pleasant . I visited my family members, and we talked and had a good time.<br>One of my family members painted a design on her canvas with different colors, and she enjoyed creating something of her own.<br>I was very happy to see her enter act<br>in the art project.<br>I believe they're settling into their environment at their new home.<br>Kudos to the Art Director!!!!!!!

My sister is very well cared for and happy at Charter. The apts are spacious and beautiful with safety in mind. The staff does a wonderful job keeping the residents involved, engaged and active on a daily basis. From the moment you walk in, it is very welcoming and feels like home. They go out of their way to recognize, decorate and celebrate all the holidays with festivities.<br>Kylie was very helpful and patient explaining the admission process and took the time to listen to our needs and concerns. She kept us informed on each detail and made sure all our questions were answered. I love the fact that it is a smaller community and feels more like family. The services include housekeeping, laundry and delicious meals are served in the dining room. It's very comforting and reassuring to know my sister is happy and content in her new home. 😊

I did a short term stay at Charter and the staff was so welcoming! My favorite part was spending time with Momo, Sally’s cat she’d bring in. I appreciate the loving kindness I received while staying here.
