★★★★★I recently moved my grandmother into Carroll Place, and I have such peace of mind. I live in SC, and I know that my Mamaw is in great hands. All of this would not have been possible without Ana Vickroy! <3 She made trips to McArthur to visit my Mamaw, and she has been AMAZING in responding to all of my millions of questions! The whole staff felt like immediate family! I can rest easy knowing that she is with this staff!<br>Ana also recommended Moves for Seniors to help with the move since I do live in SC. They were extremely easy to contact and work with. They source out the movers, and the movers we got were "College Hunks Movers." The two guys were awesome! I would recommend looking into Moves for Seniors if you need help moving!
★★☆☆☆The process of getting in and out of the building during the weekend is not assessable to visitors. Waited to go outside with mother in law for 15 minutes.
★★★☆☆As a recent resident of Carroll Place I waited for a couple of months before giving my opinion. The workers are great and dedicated. The management is incompetent. Took many months for a broken toaster to be replaced in the kitchen. The dishwasher hasn't worked since before I moved in. They said they knew all about VA benefits and would help. They did not and it has cost me a least $6,000 in back benefits. The food hasn't been good, but they have a new cook so hopefully it will get better. They are part of Lake House Senior Living. I hope they get a handle on this or I am moving back to my apartment.

★★★★★The staff at Carroll Place is AMAZING! We have had a rough start, due to my father's health, and this team has been there for us every step. Every staff member that I have had contact with is so helpful, and to watch the relationship that they have with the residents is very comforting. Looking forward to a long relationship with these folks!
