★★★★★I had to place my Dad in a Memory Care Facility two weeks ago. His memory has declined and can no longer live by himself. The staff at Pathways is exceptional. The life enrichment director goes above and beyond to figure out what my dad likes. They give him independence, but in a safe way. His quality of life has improved greatly already. He says everyone here is very nice. It 100% feels like a community where my Dad can thrive and feel somewhat in control. He can still have some independence, but have someone looking out for him 24/7. The staff has been VERY patient with him as he is adjusting. They have a FULL schedule of activities, music therapy, exercise classes, activities in which staff encourages and reminds them to attend. The way the village is designed, exits are not pronounced and there is a TON of bright light in every room because there are so many windows. It's the perfect size for Dad's condition.

I unfortunately had to place my father into long term care in their memory support facility after I have been his full time caregiver for almost 4 years and this was not only the best decision for myself and family but also my dad. Heather who is in charge of life enrichment not only makes everything extremely seamless but she cares for my father as I would. This also includes all of the staff. My dad has not looked or felt this good in over ten years and he was only diagnosed a couple years ago. I’m forever grateful to this community and their amazing staff
