★★★★★Brookdale Greenville is an exceptional memory care and Assisted Living facility. It is very clean and home like and I would not hesitate to put a loved one there.
★☆☆☆☆We have had a terrible experience at Brookdale Greenville. Last week our mother was yelled at and physically hurt by a couple of the caregivers. The Health and Wellness Director they report to defended them as “only trying to help”. Upper management dismissed everything as a misunderstanding. This company only cares about making money (they raised our rates by 13% last year); they care nothing about the people who they are supposed to be caring for.
★★★★★Mom has a nice apartment. She enjoys the staff. She plays the piano on occasion. She is dressed nicely. They allowed me to put a bird feeder in front of her window; she really likes to watch the birds. She participates in some of their many activities. There is a nice front porch to sit out on and an enclosed courtyard. She enjoys it when pets visit.
