Everyone is extremely friendly, caring, and kind. They need to put more money into the broken furniture (chair and bed), but the staff makes up for the slack of the ownership.A special shout out to Amanda and Megan for going above and beyond. Many thanks to both of them for their genuine concern. (rehab)

I could not have found a better nursing facility than Bel Air! They not only cared for my mother, but always went above and beyond my expectations. They didn’t treat my mother like a resident, but as a true, genuine friend and human. They took on more responsibility which in return, helped me out tremendously. I personally want to shout out Ashley & Tonya; those two women were extraordinary to my mother. They truly took care of my mother as if she was their own mother and I never had to worry about my mother’s well-being while in their hands. My mother always praised those two women and loved them dearly. My mother would always be so happy when they were working because it made my mother feel important, valued, and cared for. They’ve helped me out more than what they could ever imagine. Every time my mother was in the hospital and especially her last weeks here, Tonya would ALWAYS call me and check in on my mother and myself and would always finish the phone call with “tell her she has to get better because I miss her”. Tonya also sent me a condolence card in the mail after my mother had passed and to me, that meant so much to me. I would give this facility 5+ star because they tru

I am staying at bel air nursing facility temporarily. I hurt my back and have been here a year. I am giving them a mixed review. Some of the staff is really great but there are a few that are nasty as heck. Im being nice and i hope others have a better time here then I have had. Some of the other residents are not nice either 😕 and I'm not sure how i feel about them and my time here and the staff. This is why I am giving it mixed reviews.
