★★★★★My experience at this location was pleasant and I was taken good care of. The staff did their best to accommodate my stay according to my needs. I would use this location again if I needed their rehabilitation services again. I was pleased with the service I received.
★☆☆☆☆Everything is troubled there only thing good therapy is good i never coming back there but therapy
★★☆☆☆I had to go and put my mother in bed along with changing her picking up clothes off the floor as well as dirty linen also I witnessed a hoyer residents sitting in chair since the time I came I left there at 8:30pm there was a resident that had been ringing since I got there and No One answered her light for 2 hours That 7pm-7am is terrible staffing
★☆☆☆☆The facility looks good, but the care is far from it patients in bed for long hours with bed sores, the facility don't have proper sized depends for some bigger patients so instead they use cheap quality diapers that fail after applying them on residents, call lights go unanswered for more than 10-15 minutes. Staff not pay attention to the condition of resdents. This is the worse ran facility I've seen in a long while, but it looks good with big screen tvs and a cafeteria that's ready to order anything from burgers to chicken sandwiches and fries, and just learned this is the same place where one of the dementia patients got locked outside and froze to death, and the nurse lied about it and got arrested.
