When you first walk in the place, it is beautiful and you think you’re in a top-notch facility. Boy were we wrong!!<br>The first night we moved my mother in, it was a two hour wait before somebody came to her room after she was dropped off by the ambulance.<br>They claimed to have her taken vitals (on a handwritten piece of paper) that were not even my mom‘s vitals. We know this for a fact because we never left my mothers side for those two hours waiting to be “welcomed “.<br><br>My whole family felt invisible when visiting. The employees, nurses, receptionists, office people, were not friendly. No-one would pick their head up, make eye contact, or say hello as you’re waking down the halls. Nurses are at their station and call lights are going off. There wasn’t a care in the world from people calling for help (and my mom being one of them).<br>It definitely was not a welcoming place.<br><br>Her nightgowns were lost for two days and I had to hunt them down myself. Meanwhile she was sleeping in her blouse for 2 nights. The gentleman told me he would follow up with me in the morning and he never did.<br><br>I was told before we moved her in that she would have a dinner waiting for h

I moved my brother there because it was very highly recommended to me from someone who had been there for rehab. Although my brother has only been there a short time we are extremely pleased. The place is beautiful. It is very clean and the staff have all been wonderful.

This facility takes excellent care of my relative. I am thrilled with the responsiveness of the staff at this facility and my relative takes a great deal of care. Even on days when they are short-staffed, they have been responsive and caring. The facility is clean, the food is good and hot when delivered. My relative was previously in a nursing home with a higher rating but it was horrible. The staff at this nursing home has been attentive to every medical change and reacted appropriately. I am very happy with the care at this facility.
