★★★★★Emily in admissions has been so very thirl, with all and any information we ever need to get what is needed for us.
★★★★☆The aides in 100 hall are so very kind. My significant other is there and they always answer the call button when he needs ANYTHING<br>He has lost his eyesight and at times get afraid 😟 they try to spend time. But being so short handed it's difficult at times. But never have they been short with his needs . Easter and Emma are the 2 I see most, but he always tells me how kind they all are .

★★★★★I put my husband who has vascular dementia in the memory care while I got a much needed break. He was upset that I left him there as I didn't tell him where we were going. After we got home, he packed his clothes and he said he wanted to go back! Everyone I talked with was professional and seemed very caring. I would highly recommend Main St Care Center, Avon Lake for good quality care!
