★★★★★I am a resident at Autumnwood Nursing Facility. I have been here for almost two years. I have many medical issues and I never thought I could live in a place like this. To my surprise I am more than satisfied. I live on the 200 hall. Day shift Misty is my nurse and 2nd shift Danielle is my nurse. I never have to worry about anything happening to me with these two nurses. They can look at you and know something is wrong before you do. My nurses are both excellent and amazing at their job and they are very personable. At this time in my life I have no plan of leaving this Facility. I am happy and feel very safe.<br>Both of my nurses deserve a medal for all of the extra work they put in.<br>Thank you, Sincerely, Lori Ann Kiesel
