★☆☆☆☆my dad was severely neglected at this facility, mind you there were many different facilities because insurance kept switching him to different locations until he unfortunately passed. my dad ended up getting cdiff in your care, was left in a break room for god knows how long sitting up in a wooden chair when he wasn't even supposed to be sitting up. nobody was informed including his roommate about the highly contagious cdiff that my dad contracted from this facility. there were cockroaches, bed bugs, mice. the staff does not care. 0/-0 stars.
