★★★★★I loved the staff I had. They were friendly, understanding, and attentive to my needs. PT and OT staff are excellent. There are activities such as bingo, drumming, and movie nights.
★☆☆☆☆Please don't send your Loved ones or friends here. My Mom had 3 falls at this place. We were told that she needed PT and OT to get stronger before she could move to Asst living place we wanted her to go to. She had 4 blood clots, heart attack and pneumonia so the doctors said she had to go to Rehabilitation center. So insurance would only pay for 1 hour a day. We wanted her to go to Woodlawn. She was a fall risk. They knew this. Instead of putting her close to nurses station they put her all way down the hall. The farest from Nurses station. Mom had 3 more falls when being here. First fall =2 broken ribs, next fall was really bad. Brain bleeds and many bruises on right side of body. They took her to Aultman hospital by ambulance. This was the day we were moving her to a different place. She was in ICU for this fall.6 days in ICU.The Nobles. They don't answer there call lights. Mom was waiting 30 to 40 minutes to be taken to her bathroom. My Mom couldn't wait any longer. So from this fall she had a special filter in her leg to catch blood clots. Was put on Heparin. 3 visits to Aultman for cat scans and 3 visits to Neurologist. Neurologist put her on a different blood thinners called
★★★★★Hi,
My name is Karen I have been a Long Term Resident at Alter care of Nobles Pond , making it my home for 12 yrs. of wonderful memories.Things over the years that have shown me what a caring home I live in.

Sometimes its the little things that happened, like this year at a birthday party my family had for me, the Administrator dropped in on the party, gathered my family and took a photo. Later that week she came in my room gave me a wrapped gift I opened it she had then picture enlarged and framed I know have that picture on my table so that I can enjoy it everyday.

The President stopped for a visit about some concerns. And while he was there I had a chance to our Employee of the yr.

Our very caring aides who come to our rooms with a great smile, take the time to help do the things we can no longer do. Helps brush our hair put a necklace on because our hands are no longer strong enough to reach. They treat us with dignity so as we get older we can still have those feelings we still matter. Unfortunately some residents are left here and the aides and staff help them become proud of themselves .

You can't teach compassion and that's the kind of staff
★★★★★Great place, and great staff
